If you need to return something for any reason, simply email or call us at 814-941-1915 M–F 10:00am–6:00pm Eastern Time for a return authorization number, securely package your return including the RA number and send your return to us. For faster service and to track your returns, we suggest you use UPS. You are responsible for return shipping charges; however, there is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly. For defective items, or items shipped incorrectly, simply call us at 814-941-1915 M–F 10:00am–6:00pm Eastern Time and we will make arrangements for return shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days upon receipt for processing your return.
All undergarments, tights, make-up, hair and foot care items (including toe pads, etc.), discontinued, clearance and personalized items may not be returned.
If you need to return the shoes from your order, they must be returned in perfectly new, unmarred, and unsoiled condition in the original box.
Ballet/Pointe/Jazz Shoes: Make sure your feet are clean and dry before putting them into the new shoe. Imprints will be left on the inside if tight or your feet are damp. We suggest you lay down a towel before trying them on. Shoes soil easily and the satin on the pointe shoes become scratched and marred easily.
Taps/Sneakers: Please try shoes on a carpeted floor only. The taps scratch easily and would therefore be non-returnable.
Please do not wear any shoes for class outdoors, or for any length of time if you plan to return them.
